What's new for 2022 at Rise Realty

2021 was a great year of growth for Rise Realty.

We kicked off January 2021 with the opening of our loan division, Tried & True Home Loans and hired our first few loan officers in the same month. The following months were spent obtaining brokerage approvals from a number of top wholesale lenders in the industry which expanded our loan product line greatly.

To date we have over 15 different wholesale lenders we're partnered with providing a wide array of niche loan products for our clients.

We also upgraded our technology offering by adding the Sierra Interactive marketing system into our tech stack. Sierra Interactive is quickly becoming a powerhouse marketing suite for real estate agents wanting a robust CRM system, seller lead generation tools, automation, integrations and more.

Expansion into new markets was a goal for 2021 and we succeded in opening the Santa Clarita and Fresno markets. We began hiring agents in both markets quickly and continue to grow in these areas every month with new real estate agents.

With the expansion into the Fresno market came the addition of our new Operations Manager, Anaheed Tatarian. Anaheed brings a tremendous amount of support to our agets as we grow further into 2022 by expanding our training offering, recruiting, brand awareness and more.

On top of expanding into two new local California real estate markets, we also becames members of 13 Local Board of Realtors in Southern, Central, and northern California. The addition of so many new Board or Realtor memberships opens up opportunity for agents to join our growing 100% commission brokerage and remain with their preferred local Board of Realtors.

We also laid ground work for the opening of a real estate school for prelicensing courses and more. Art Valenzuela will be heading up this new venture as the lead instructor and founder of the real estate school. Art comes to us with over 20 years of experience in the real estate business and is currently a lead instructor with Kaplan University.

Rise Realty has more growth ahead in 2022 and will be announcing additional technology offerings and new markets as the year progresses.
