Mortgage Rebate Program
A lender credit is a one-time payment that a lender gives to a borrower to help offset the costs of closing on a mortgage. Client will receive a lender credit (rebate) to be applied towards their closing costs in the amount of .25% of the lenders origination fee or YSP. Client must close their loan with a participating Mortgage Loan Originator with Tried & True Home Loans NMLS #2034819. To be eligible for rebate, client must register and close their home loan with Tried & True Home Loans.
